i really enjoyed the convenience of the location it was close to many transit options and the city center. the park right across the hotel added a beautiful view i got to enjoy every morning. the ladies in the level lounge were especially friendly and provided great service it was a real treat
the hotel did not communicate about hot water loss i experienced no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered i felt this could have been handled better

the room featured complimentary water in the fridge the air conditioning worked effectively and there was a dedicated space to open luggage it was a practical design. the bed was very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep after a busy day.

breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection providing a great start to the day it included many options. the hotel restaurant provided a great ambiance it was an absolute pleasure to have such a nice restaurant to relax and enjoy a meal.

I found this hotel very luxury. The room was large, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was extensive and very delicious with diverse options. I also had a wonderful view from the eighth floor of the building.
The check-in process experienced a bit slowness. There seemed to be a small amount of disorganization during a shift change. This caused an unforeseen delay to receive the room keys after arrival.
